The Awareye portal uses Auth0 for user authentication and authorization, ensuring secure access. The portal can be deployed on-premise or in your cloud VPC. For full control over deployment and user access, you can also integrate your own identity provider, allowing you to manage user access directly.

How do users access live views, archived footage, and download reports?

The Awareye portal provides access to live and archived footage for each camera, which can be viewed on computers, laptops, or mobile devices from anywhere. User access is managed by your IT team through the integration of your enterprise or business identity provider with the Awareye system.

How many days of archived data are available?

Each camera typically requires 20-30 GB of storage per day for 1080p video footage. Storage capacity can be configured within the Awareye solution to meet your needs. Additionally, long-term backups can be directed to your NAS or cloud storage for extended archival if needed.
